We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's Investment Banking team in London focusing on Industrials. Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital‑raising transactions across the Industrials sector, including manufacturing, engineered products, industrial services, transportation, and infrastructure‑adjacent assets.
- Manage deal teams and oversee end‑to‑end transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and drafting client‑ready materials.
- Supervise the preparation of high‑quality pitchbooks, transaction documentation, and sector‑specific market analyses, ensuring accuracy, insight, and commercial relevance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical workstreams and supporting long‑term professional growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, coordinating cross‑border execution on international mandates involving multinational operators and global investment funds.
- Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within Industrials to deliver informed, data‑driven insights to clients.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions within Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure.
- Technical skills: Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring expertise, with a strong understanding of industrial business models and value drivers.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, and foster junior talent.
- Client Management: Strong relationship‑building capabilities and experience interacting with senior executives, boards, and investor stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting, negotiating, and producing clear, concise written materials.
- Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail, strategic problem‑solving capability, and comfort operating under tight deadlines in fast‑moving processes.
- Global Mindset: Ability to work on cross‑border transactions and collaborate seamlessly with international teams and clients.
