Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital‑raising transactions across the Industrials sector, including manufacturing, engineered products, industrial services, transportation, and infrastructure‑adjacent assets.
• Manage deal teams and oversee end‑to‑end transaction processes, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and drafting client‑ready materials.
• Supervise the preparation of high‑quality pitchbooks, transaction documentation, and sector‑specific market analyses, ensuring accuracy, insight, and commercial relevance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance on technical workstreams and supporting long‑term professional growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues across global offices, coordinating cross‑border execution on international mandates involving multinational operators and global investment funds.
• Track industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within Industrials to deliver informed, data‑driven insights to clients.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years of investment banking or financial advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions within Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure.
• Technical skills: Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring expertise, with a strong understanding of industrial business models and value drivers.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, and foster junior talent.
• Client Management: Strong relationship‑building capabilities and experience interacting with senior executives, boards, and investor stakeholders.
• Communication: Exceptional skills in presenting, negotiating, and producing clear, concise written materials.
