Responsibilities Manage a high volume of ET claims across all areas You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals Supervise junior colleagues and paralegals Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy). Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements Excellent communication skills Experience supervising paralegals or juniors Employment law and litigation expert 2-5 years PQE
