Job Type: On site with hybrid working

Job Title: Inhouse Recruiter

Location: Redditch, some travel to other sites will be required

Hours: 38 hours per week, worked Monday - Friday, 12-14 month maternity cover

Salary Package: £35k to 40k

Benefits 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days with long service

The type of person we are looking for

You will have experience working as an inhouse recruiter, preferably with experience of working in the Engineering industry.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from creating job descriptions and adverts, sourcing and screening, right up to making offers of employment, whilst ensuring that all our recruitment processes comply with employment legislation. You will work closely with hiring managers, building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.

This is a brand-new role in the business, so we are looking for someone who can create, improve and implement processes and procedures with a natural ability to influence and support our managers throughout the process.
