MUST HAVE
several years experience within setting, conditioning and process optimisation of injection moulding machines and experience with a range of materials. Role: In the role of Injection Moulding Technician, you will be required to perform tool changes and support with tool change process improvements As Injection Moulding Technician you will be required to ensure that optimum cycle times are achieved and maintained Identify the implementation of process improvements within the factory Identify and solve processing problems Ensure all injection moulding equipment is operating efficiently Liaise with the works engineering department for all tool repairs and maintenance Ensure the correct Health & Safety and housekeeping levels are maintained Support the Technical Manager in maintaining good disciplines of housekeeping, scrap reduction and production efficiencies Experience Requirements: Previous experience within injection moulding manufacturing is
ESSENTIAL Experience of process problem solving within an injection moulding environment Experience with Engel, Krauss Maffei or Toshiba injection moulding machines an advantage Basic level of Numeracy and Literacy is required Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Key Words:
