Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager with responsibilities to oversee the safe, efficient delivery of cabin and welfare unit installations across multiple sites. You will manage lifting operations, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPlan, manage, and execute installation of cabins and welfare units\nAct as Appointed Person (AP) for all lifting operations, producing lift plans and risk assessments\nCoordinate site teams, crane operators, transport, and subcontractors\nEnsure compliance with LOLER, PUWER, and health & safety standards\nConduct site surveys and resolve technical/logistical challenges\nMaintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards\nLiaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout project deliveryRequirements:\n\nProven experience in cabin/welfare installations or similar sector\nIdeally holding Appointed Person (AP) qualification for Lifting, although training can be provided.\nExcellent organisational and leadership skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nFull UK driving licence
