Managing Director – Insurance (Regional Leadership Role)

Overseeing 3 branches across Fareham and Guildford

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to lead three established insurance branches in the Fareham / Guildford region.

This is a senior leadership role with full Profit & Loss responsibility, focused on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Full P&L ownership across three branches
  • Delivering revenue growth and improving profitability
  • Leading and developing Branch Managers and senior teams
  • Driving operational efficiency and best practice
  • Ensuring FCA compliance and exceptional customer outcomes
  • Strengthening insurer and key stakeholder relationships

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven senior leadership experience within the insurance sector
  • Strong P&L management track record
  • Experience managing multiple branches or regional operations
  • Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
  • A hands-on leader who builds accountable, high-performing teams

ACII qualification desirable but not essential.
