We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Intapp Subject Matter Expert to join its Compliance and Risk function in a systems-focused role.This position will sit within the New Business Intake function and will play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation and governance of the firm’s Intapp platform. The successful candidate will act as the primary SME for Intapp Intake, Conflicts and Walls , working closely with Compliance, IT, Finance Systems and external vendors to ensure that onboarding and regulatory workflows are efficient, robust and scalable.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Compliance SME for Intapp Intake, Conflicts and WallsSupport the ongoing maintenance, configuration and enhancement of Intapp and related systemsRepresent Compliance in technology projects, including requirements gathering, design workshops and vendor engagementSupport UAT, system testing, release activity and post-implementation reviewProvide reporting, data analysis and insight from Intapp and related toolsEnsure data quality across onboarding and compliance systems, including during migrationsProduce and maintain system documentation, procedures and user guidanceSupport training and change management activity across the firmSkills and ExperienceExperience working in a Compliance, Business Acceptance or Risk function within a law firmStrong hands‑on experience with Intapp Intake and Conflicts (experience with Walls is desirable)Solid understanding of AML, CDD, sanctions and client onboarding processesExperience supporting system change, optimisation or implementation projectsConfident stakeholder engagement skills, including working with fee earners and senior business stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem‑solving capabilityThe OpportunityThis is a high-visibility role offering genuine ownership of a critical compliance platform within a complex, international law firm environment.
