Documenting integrations, processes and specifications for clarity and governance. Supporting ongoing optimisation and ensuring the reliability of our integration landscape. What We're Looking For Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping and system workflows. Experience integrating business systems such as CRM, HRIS or Finance. Ability to analyse data flows and troubleshoot integration issues. Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
