Handle are currently working with a global media brand who are looking for a technically strong Finance Manager to join them on an interim basis until March 26. The main focus will be to develop and implement fit-for-purpose international Finance and Corporate Tax policies, standards, and practices across the business.

• Review and document current Finance and Corporate Tax policies, standards, and business practices.
• Propose and implement improvements focused on standardisation and best-practice quality.
• Coordinate with a Corporate Tax representative and a Project Manager (leading QuickBooks or other system roll-outs) to ensure alignment across workstream activities.
• Lead weekly workstream meetings, track deliverables, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Share and embed updated policies and practices across international bureaux and UK Head Office teams.
• Provide financial insight and analysis as needed throughout the project.

Candidate Requirements -

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Finance projects, ideally with workstream leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in financial analysis, governance, and controls.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
