Purpose of the role
We are seeking an Interim Head of Remote PS Delivery to lead and expand our remote implementation capabilities from our Hyderabad hub. Your mission is to maximise the value of our Indian delivery team, accelerate the shift to remote-first software implementation, and build a consistent, scalable model that enables high-quality, cost-effective delivery at pace.
You will own the build-out, operational effectiveness, and quality assurance of our remote services, working closely with in-country delivery leaders to move suitable activities offshore. Your leadership will challenge legacy thinking by asking, "Why can't we do this from India?"—and turning that mindset into results.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise Remote Delivery Potential
- Identify and transition appropriate implementation/configuration tasks from in-country teams to the India hub.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to evolve offerings that support remote implementation.
- Drive up utilisation to 80%+ across the Hyderabad remote delivery team.
- Lead and grow a high-performing remote PS delivery team (FTE and partner resources).
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and capability development.
- Instil a strong culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Build detailed playbooks and standard operating procedures to ensure repeatable, high-quality delivery.
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics for utilisation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead proactive opportunity identification – shifting from passive intake to demand-based pipeline creation.
- Own delivery quality and consistency for all remote-delivered implementations.
- Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement based on customer satisfaction scores and issue trends.
- Serve as a voice of remote delivery into product and service design improvements.
- Partner with country PS leaders, product managers, and customer enablement teams to align delivery models.
- Influence product and commercial strategies to enable scalable, remote-first deployments.
- Support commercial teams to articulate the value and capability of remote delivery to customers.
- Remote delivery utilisation at or above 80%
- Increased % of implementations delivered remotely
- Improved remote team productivity and time-to-value
- Positive customer satisfaction and delivery quality scores
- Scalable and documented delivery playbooks in place
- Increased team capability through structured training and career development
- Essential
- Proven experience in building and leading remote or offshore delivery teams in a SaaS/professional services context
- Track record of driving process change, standardisation, and remote delivery optimisation
- Strong people leader with experience developing and scaling high-performing teams
- Commercial and operational mindset with a focus on utilisation, delivery margins, and customer impact
- Experience working across functions (product, services, sales, support) to create alignment and change
- Desirable
- Experience with software implementation in the automotive or ERP/software integration space
- Exposure to working with global delivery models, including EMEA and APAC regions
- Understanding of configuration and deployment frameworks in enterprise SaaS products
- Interim contract (6–12 months) with the potential to extend or transition to permanent
- Based in Hyderabad, with occasional travel as required
