Key Responsibilities:

\n \n Health & Safety Management : As the Health & Safety Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a proactive safety culture at all sites. Leading Safety Stops and conducting toolbox talks, you’ll engage employees at every level, making safety an everyday priority.

\n

\n Compliance & Risk Management : You’ll oversee the compliance calendar, ensuring audits, inspections, and risk assessments are completed on time and to the highest standards. Managing the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, you’ll maintain industry-leading safety standards.

\n

\n Drive Continuous Improvement : You’ll track KPIs, lead incident investigations, and implement corrective actions as the Health & Safety Manager, pushing the boundaries of safety performance and reducing risks across the business.

\n

\n Training & Development : You’ll provide ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring every employee receives up-to-date safety training and delivering IOSH courses to promote a safety-first mindset.

\n

\n Leadership Across Sites : Overseeing multiple sites, you’ll bring a unified safety strategy to life, ensuring consistent safety practices across all locations and fostering engagement and improvement.

\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n \n NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and ideally an Environmental qualification.

\n

A background in manufacturing with hands-on experience in managing safety.

\n

\n Chartered or Tech IOSH/IEMA membership (), with the ability to deliver IOSH training courses a plus!

\n

\n Strong communication and leadership skills , able to inspire and lead safety initiatives.

\n

A proactive, results-driven leader ready to tackle challenges and drive safety improvements .

\n

You’ll enjoy travelling to different sites and expanding your impact and building relationships with diverse teams across the business
