Responsibilities:

Leadership & Stability: Provide immediate leadership during transitions, ensuring continuity and stability in operations. Strategic Oversight: Implement short-term strategies aligned with institutional goals, especially during change. Team Management: Lead and support staff, often stepping into roles like Head of Department or Director of Curriculum and Quality. Quality Assurance: Monitor teaching standards, learner outcomes, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Change Implementation: Drive improvements, restructure teams, or introduce new systems to enhance performance. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with governors, staff, students, and external bodies like Ofsted or funding agencies.

Requirements:
