Interim Manager - LD

6 month FTC - £350/day

We are privileged to be representing a well-known care provider who are looking for an Interim Manager to support one of their small complex LD services in Yorkshire.

The role will include:

• Facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring that they respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients, and also reflect market trends and evidence-based practice.
• Ensuring both quality and financial targets are met.
• Leading the senior management team on site and developing local strategy of the service.
• Engagement with Provider Collaboratives.
• On call duties.

What you need:

• A valid nurse PIN.
• Due to this being an Interim role, we are looking for candidates with no notice, or short notice periods.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Transferrable DBS
