?? About the Role ?? We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager to provide leadership and stability at our care home for Older People. This is an urgent requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Mentor and develop the Deputy Manager ?? Focus on compliance, governance and medications ?? Work closely with external stakeholders (LA, CQC)

Requirements: ?? Strong leadership and management experience in care home settings ?? Ability to work under pressure and drive improvement ?? Transferable DBS
