My client is a UK health charity dedicated to supporting individuals & families, campaigning for better care and funding groundbreaking research.

With a clear and ambitious strategy already in place, they are looking for an interim Planning Manager to lead on the coordination and delivery of their annual plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual business planning process, providing clear guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Coordinate and engage with key stakeholders across all business functions to ensure the timely submission of high-quality planning inputs.
  • Conduct initial quality assurance reviews of all submitted plans to ensure completeness, coherence and alignment to strategic vision.
  • Consolidate departmental plans into a cohesive and overarching organisational plan for SLT review.

Person Specification:

  • Experienced PMO experience including the development and review of business plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A clear thinker and first class communicator with the ability to manage complex senior relationships.

This role has been assessed as inside of IR35, with a hybrid working model of 1-2 days a week in the London office.
