This company has created a central procurement service team, where you will sit, in order to serve the multiple business units under one umbrella. This business is investing in a number of interim heads in order to drive efficient system usage, sustainability practices, as well as risk mitigation and management. Your new role In this interim role, you will be acting as the Procurement Risk Manager, whereby you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of supplier risk management programs. This position is suited for an individual who can collaborate with the business to develop risk management strategies, work with suppliers to ensure compliance, and engage with customer stakeholders to build a culture of resilience. You will be responsible for monitoring emerging threats and market trends to proactively address potential risks using in-house and external tools. Create 'Risk Alerts' to notify impacted audiences and report via governance forums on the impact of the risk to the business and our customers.
