We’re supporting a large manufacturing business at a critical inflection point—seeking a proven Turnaround Project Manager to stabilise operations, drive performance, and deliver rapid, measurable results.

You’ll step into a high-pressure environment, owning recovery plans, unlocking efficiencies, and restoring control across production, supply chain, and delivery. We’re looking for someone who: Has led turnaround or recovery programmes in large-scale manufacturing environments Brings pace, structure, and authority to underperforming operations Can engage senior stakeholders and drive accountability at every level Delivers impact in days, not months.

This is not a steady-state role. It’s for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads from the front, and gets things done. If you’re a seasoned Project Manager with Turnaround experience preferably within a complex manufacturing businesses then we want to hear from you.
