About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Interim Quality Assurance Manager to support an established adult social care provider in the South West. This is a pivotal role for an organisation committed to delivering safe, person-centred, and high-quality care across its services. You'll provide immediate leadership and stability within the Quality function, ensuring robust oversight of compliance, governance, and continuous improvement during a period of transition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and strengthen the organisation's quality assurance framework across residential, supported living, and community-based services.

Oversee internal audits, quality reviews, and action plans to ensure full compliance with CQC regulatory requirements.

Support Registered Managers to embed best practice and drive consistent quality standards.

Analyse quality data and produce clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.
