Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide strong, steady leadership for a learning disabilities service in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings calm authority, and can quickly build trust with staff, families, and external partners.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the service remains safe, compliant, and person-centred during a period of transition. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of care while supporting the team through change.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.

  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.

  • Support, mentor, and guide staff teams to ensure consistent practice and positive outcomes.

  • Oversee care planning, safeguarding, risk management, and incident reporting.

  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the service remains stable and well-managed throughout the interim period.


About You
  • Registered Manager experience within learning disabilities, supported living, or residential care.

  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements and best practice in LD services.

  • Confident, adaptable, and able to quickly assess and stabilise a service.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Able to start at short notice.
