area. This is a vital short-term role, ideal for someone who can quickly build trust, maintain high standards, and ensure seamless operational continuity.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred, high-quality care. Key priorities include: Providing strong, visible leadership to staff and promoting a positive culture
Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards
Overseeing care planning, safeguarding, and risk management
Maintaining excellent communication with residents, families, and external partners
Supporting the team through a period of transition and ensuring stability
Driving continuous improvement and ensuring best practice is upheld
About You
We're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience as a
Registered Manager
or Interim Manager in adult social care
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks
A calm, confident approach with the ability to step in quickly and lead effectively
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centred care
