Role: Interim Senior Commercial Lead - Infrastructure

Rate: £700-800 per day (Outside IR35)

Client: Major Central Government

Location: Hybrid working and South-East England 2-3 days per week

Duration: 12 months

An Interim Senior Commercial Manager to support frameworks and strategy for major projects in new Infrastructure, Renewals, and Maintenance.

This role will be crucial to understanding the pipeline of £multi-billion infrastructure projects, architecting the details of frameworks, and ensuring that both documents and strategy comply with governance and are implemented as a route for delivery.

You will draft Commercial documents and strategy, create and implement contract management plans, and support the build of the future pipeline.

Requirements:

• Commercial Manager with pre-contract, Infrastructure expertise
• Experience creating Commercial or Procurement Sourcing Strategy
• Senior strategist, with an excellent understanding of contracts, able to work autonomously.
• Experience with NEC contract forms.
• Relevant Industry background in major Infrastructure / Civils (e.g. Energy, Rail, Civils, Highways)
• Current, Valid SC Clearance required
