Your new company We are recruiting for an international telecommunications & media company here in London. This company has created a central procurement service team, where you will sit, in order to serve the multiple business units under one umbrella. This business is investing in a number of interim heads in order to drive efficient system usage, sustainability practices, as well as risk mitigation and management.
Your new role In this 3-month interim role, you will provide market insight and examples of best practices to find opportunities to integrate sustainable practices into the company's sourcing processes, supplier selection, and contractual discussions. Continuously evaluate and update the strategy to align with changing industry trends and manage stakeholder engagement. In order to do this, you will connect with key industry networks to gather and share best practices, build the company network and increase our profile within the sector. Active participation in industry forums, conferences, and working groups to stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations, ensuring that our successes are communicated effectively both internally and externally.
