Internal Account Manager role , focused on growing and retaining an existing portfolio of business customers. You'll drive revenue through renewals, re-signs, upselling, and cross-selling additional products and services. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow revenue from an assigned portfolio of B2B customers Identify and close opportunities through renewals, re-signs, upselling, and cross-selling Deliver structured outbound sales campaigns aligned to business priorities Build, manage, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems Act as the main commercial contact for customers, understanding needs and driving retention Consistently work towards sales targets and performance KPIs The Ideal Candidate You're commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by commission. You enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into sales.
