We're looking for a proactive Internal Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients. The Role As an Internal Account Manager, youll be the trusted point of contact for a range of key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. You wont be cold-calling, but you will be central to driving revenue through strong client relationships and upselling where appropriate. Your day-to-day will include: Account Management: Handling a portfolio of existing clients, resolving queries, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
Relationship Building: Acting as the primary contact, maintaining regular communication, and building trust and loyalty.
Sales Growth: Meeting retention and growth targets by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Admin & Coordination: Working closely with internal teams (logistics, operations, sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.
