to join our dynamic team in Colchester.Reporting to the Internal Sales Supervisor, youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance.

What Youll Be Doing: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls Creating and negotiating quotations for aggregate and asphalt materials Meeting KPIs for sales, value-added products, and call volumes Working collaboratively to support a high-performing, one-team culture

What Youll Bring: Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels Motivation to hit targets and deliver results A flexible, team-oriented mindset IT literacy (CRM, Salesforce, SAP experience is a plus)
