The Role

As an Internal Sales Engineer , you will support customers with technical enquiries, quotations and product selection while working closely with external sales and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels

Provide technical advice, product selection and quotations

Support the sales process from enquiry through to order

Build long-term customer relationships and identify new opportunities

Liaise with engineering, production and logistics teams

Maintain CRM records and manage sales administration

Requirements

Essential

Engineering, technical or scientific qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Physics, etc.)

Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Commercial awareness or interest in technical sales

Organised, proactive and team-focused mindset

Desirable

Experience in internal sales, applications engineering or customer support

Knowledge of engineering products, components or systems

CRM or quotation system experience
