solution-focused Internal Sales Executive
to join our high-performing team in
Westerham, Kent
In this role, you wont just be "making calls"youll be a consultative partner for a defined UK customer base, leveraging
HubSpot CRM
and your own sales acumen to identify and convert revenue opportunities.
The Role
Relationship Management:
Manage a dedicated UK territory, building deep rapport and promoting our full product portfolio. Consultative Selling:
Identify growth opportunities, handle objections, and negotiate agreements that stick. Product Expertise:
Deliver confident, value-led training and presentations to customers. Strategic Planning:
Use data and CRM insights to manage call cycles and prioritise high-value activity. Collaboration:
Work alongside Specification Managers to smash quarterly targets and KPIs.
What Youll Bring
Proven Track Record:
Previous success in a fast-paced internal sales or account development role. Sales Acumen:
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to "consult" rather than just "sell." Tech Savvy:
Proficient in
Excel, PowerPoint,
and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a major plus). Organisation:
Exceptional time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects and keep accurate records. Mindset:
A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a hunger for continuous learning.
