Role: Internal Sales Executive
Location: West Thurrock
Hours: Full time
Salary: £30,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Internal Sales Executive to join our clients successful team.
Duties of a Internal Sales Executive:
- Process customer orders accurately and check product availability
- Follow up on quotes and sales enquiries, and upsell where possible
- Manage backorders and monitor stock availability
- Handle stock returns and liaise with the Customer Care team for faulty or damaged goods
- Take ownership of customer issues and log them correctly
- Deal with customer complaints and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and systems
- Support general customer service tasks as required
- Contribute to improving overall customer service within the branch
What we would like from you:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good customer service and people skills
- Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems (e.g. Windows-based systems)
