This role plays a key part in delivering sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting both internal and external sales teams to achieve revenue, margin, and service targets.You will be responsible for proactively managing customer enquiries, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of sales administration and customer service across your designated territory in London.What youll be doingSupporting the achievement of sales revenue and margin targets within your allocated territoryProactively identifying, chasing, and securing new business opportunitiesManaging and responding to customer enquiries, providing outstanding service at all timesPromoting the full Holcim UK product range, including cross-selling opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholdersTracking projects, opportunities, and customer activity using Salesforce and internal systemsMaintaining accurate pricing, quotes, contracts, and customer data in line with audit requirementsManaging invoice queries and customer complaints through to resolutionGathering and recording market intelligence including competitor activity and customer trendsSupporting sales campaigns and working closely with Key Account Managers and external sales teamsAttending customer meetings and site visits where requiredEnsuring all activity is carried out in line with Health & Safety, Quality, Competition Law, and Holcim Brand ValuesWhat youll bringProven experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial roleStrong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsConfidence in handling customer conversations and identifying opportunitiesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in pricing, contracts, and data managementIT literate with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience desirable)A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong results focusCommercial awareness and the ability to understand customer and market dynamicsStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
