As an Internal Sales Person, you are the key connection to provide effective management of existing customer accounts and developing new business to meet your Branch targets by providing an excellent sales service. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to key customers over the phone, face‑to‑face in the branch, or via email to drive customer loyalty. Manage a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Serve as the first point of call for key account clients. Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow your client portfolio. Support the wider branch team by serving on the trade counter and picking and packing products in the warehouse to ensure orders are completed on time.

Experience in a highly competitive, customer‑focused sales role where you have exceeded sales targets. Customer‑centric and self‑starter, enjoying developing the business through face‑to‑face and phone relations, becoming a subject‑matter expert for customers. A flexible approach and ability to work under pressure while identifying business opportunities.
