Overview
We are delighted to be recruiting an Internal Sales Administrator for a well-established company based on the outskirts of Birmingham. The position has come about due to growth, so it is an exciting time to join.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to a well-established sales team.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with some of the largest blue‑chip key accounts.
Interact with customers daily, providing and processing information in response to enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely manner.
Answer and deal with incoming calls and email queries/orders.
Provide quotes.
Interact with suppliers for quotations.
Process orders and all new sales enquiries.
Key account management.
Build strong, credible business relationships with key accounts.
Qualifications
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in SAP is preferred but not essential.
Confident communicator with good attention to detail and thrive on working as part of a busy successful team.
Organised and methodical approach.
