Job Description
A leading provider of temperature control solutions are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join their team on a full time permanent, based at their office in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Representatives, and building strong relationships with customers.
As Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth
- Managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve their target
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
- Analysing data and market trends to inform strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including after sales and operations.
- Providing coaching and training to staff to improve their performance
- Sales management experience, preferably in a B2B industry
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Good Team Player
- Ability to analyse data and market trends
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Experience with CRM software and analytics tools
