A leading provider of temperature control solutions are seeking an experienced and results-driven Internal Sales Manager to join their team on a full time permanent, based at their office in Bakewell, Derbyshire.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing a team of Sales Representatives, and building strong relationships with customers.
As Internal Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth
  • Managing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives to achieve their target
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Analysing data and market trends to inform strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including after sales and operations.
  • Providing coaching and training to staff to improve their performance
Were looking for an Internal Sales Manager with:
  • Sales management experience, preferably in a B2B industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A Good Team Player
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Experience with CRM software and analytics tools
Hours of work: 08:00 16:00 or 09:00 17:00, Monday to Friday
