We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-focused International Sales Administrator , to support our sales team. Amalgam Collection is the world's leading manufacturer of highly detailed scale model cars for the motorsport and luxury car/supercar sectors. This is a full-time, fixed term position for 16 months from October 1st 2025 to provide maternity cover, with the potential to become a permanent role. The role is initially based in BS7 and relocating to BS4 in October/November 2025. There is some flexibility for hybrid working if desired.
Duties and responsibilities Providing daily administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring smooth and timely communication internally and externally.
Managing and maintaining customer account records, CRM entries and order processing.
Creating accurate sales documentation including activity tasks for other team members, order confirmations, export documents and shipping details.
Liaising with the logistics and production teams to monitor order progress and delivery timelines
Responding to internal and external enquiries promptly and professionally
Helping to coordinate model deliveries, stock updates, and client requests.
Supporting marketing and event preparation when needed
Experience and qualifications You:
Are process driven, with exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment.
Are highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
Are able to work accurately to deadlines, and within a small or wider team as necessary.
Honest and transparent in your ways of working.
Your skills and experience include:
Good numeracy.
An excellent standard of written and spoken English.
Competentuser of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Previous experience in a sales administration role
Understanding of customer export/import processes in a sales environment
Comfortable working with high net worth individuals and large international corporations.
Previous use of SAP or other ERP/CRM systems would be beneficial (full company specific training will be provided).
Knowledge of an additional language and an interest in cars/motorsport would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
