Job Description

Pure Search are exclusively partnered with an instantly recognisable global brand looking to hire a first time International Tax Director.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international tax matters globally, supporting cross-border planning and governance.
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accurate filings and provisions.
  • Drive implementation of Pillar II/global minimum tax requirements, including calculations, data collection, and reporting obligations.
  • Manage external advisers and monitor withholding tax, treaty access, CFC exposure, and regional relief positions.
  • Supervise transfer pricing arrangements and maintain appropriate intercompany documentation.
  • Provide strategic tax support on expansion, restructurings, financing, and cash repatriation while strengthening tax controls and processes.


Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • In-house international tax experience
  • Broad tax experience including UK corporate tax, pillar II & transfer pricing
  • Ability to travel to the West London office a few days per week
  • No visa sponsorship available


This is a full time role based in the West London office a few days per week, paying up to £130,000 + bonus.
