About the role:
You'll assess candidates during online assessment days, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This is a fully home-based role. This role is ad hoc, approximately 3 days per week for initial 12 weeks then extensions likely after that.
Key responsibilities:
Run online assessments including interviews, role plays and tests
Apply grading criteria accurately and fairly
Support candidates and colleagues throughout the process
Keep to schedules and record scores promptly
What we're looking for:
Experience assessing candidate behaviours and strengths
Confident in leading live and recorded sessions
Strong judgement and ability to work objectively
Excellent communication and reporting skills
