Join EY and help to build a better working world.Grade – Senior Consultant LevelPosition OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional AI Product Manager to join our consulting practice, driving the development and deployment of cutting‑edge AI solutions for our clients across consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, and energy sectors. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder management excellence to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI products.Client ImpactIdentify opportunities for AI/ML applications that deliver measurable business valueDevelop product roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerationsPartner with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic priorities into clear, actionable technical specificationsCollaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and architects to define technical solutionsWrite detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements documentsMake informed decisions on AI/ML approaches, model selection, and technology stack by working closely with data scientists and ML engineersEvaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworksManage product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cyclesMonitor product metrics, KPIs, and success criteriaDevelop change management and adoption strategies for AI productsCreate frameworks for continuous monitoring, improvement, and model retrainingBuild reusable assets and accelerators for future client engagementsEstablish best practices for AI product management across the practiceEssential Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field (Master’s preferred).Essential CriteriaDemonstrated experience in at least one of the following industries: consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, or energyDeep understanding of at least one target industry's value chains, challenges, and opportunitiesProven track record of successfully delivering AI products from concept to production at scaleExperience working within Agile and/or other project delivery frameworksSoft SkillsExcellent stakeholder management skills with good presentation and workshop facilitation skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Proficient in storytelling with data and insights, supporting informed decision‑making.Consulting skills, including the development of presentation materials and client‑facing documentation.Desired CriteriaExperience in consulting or client‑facing rolesDeep understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AIFamiliarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, etc.)Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practicesKnowledge of data engineering, APIs, and software development lifecycleStrong business acumen with ability to quantify ROI and business impact of AI initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
