Investment Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst to join a high-performing global real estate private equity team, with a proven track record across Europe and the US. The platform pursues a value-add and opportunistic strategy, investing across all asset classes.

This role is ideal for candidates with 6–18 months of experience in either transactions or asset management who are looking to build a broad, hands-on skillset in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of real estate investment opportunities across various sectors and geographies
• Assist with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential acquisitions
• Contribute to asset management initiatives, including performance monitoring and reporting
• Prepare investment materials and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with the investment team across the deal lifecycle

• Required Qualifications

  • 6–18 months of experience in real estate transactions, asset management, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent academic record
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
