Investment Associate / Senior Associate / Manager My team is collaborating with a well‑established UK‑based investment fund that is seeking professionals at the Investment Associate, Senior Associate, and Investment Manager levels to join their team in London. Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing: Identify and source potential investment opportunities in various sectors in the UK. Due Diligence: Conduct thorough financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment. Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and other valuation models. Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of the deal execution process, including deal structuring, negotiation, and legal documentation. Portfolio Management: Monitor and actively manage portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to implement value creation strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Previous experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
