We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an IT Application Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. This role will focus on providing 2nd/3rd line support for business-critical applications, alongside leading data migration projects into SharePoint Online. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support Troubleshoot issues and liaise with internal teams and vendors Plan and deliver data migrations into SharePoint Online Configure SharePoint libraries, permissions, and metadata Create documentation and support end users Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes Requirements Experience in application support within a corporate environment Strong SharePoint Online administration experience Knowledge of data migration tools (e.g. ShareGate, PowerShell) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Strong problem-solving and communication skills Desirable: ERP systems, basic SQL, ITIL Whats on Offer Opportunity to work on impactful IT and data projects Collaborative environment with scope for development
