About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead a complex end-to-end tender process for technology solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with public sector procurement legislation and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a full procurement process in line with the Procurement Act 2023.
• Prepare and issue tender documentation, manage clarifications, and oversee evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine requirements and align procurement strategy.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure technical needs are met.
• Navigate internal governance checkpoints and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and organisational policies.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep the tender on track.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Use e-tendering platforms (Proactis or similar) for accurate data entry and reporting.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing complex technology tenders in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement legislation, the Procurement Act 2023.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear procurement deliverables.
• Project management expertise, including risk and governance processes.
• Experience with e-tendering systems (Proactis or equivalent).
• Ideally hold an active SC Clearance or be clearable
