Brief

We're looking for a Change & Release Manager with experience in financial services or payments to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT changes and releases across critical systems.

You'll ensure smooth, low-risk deployments while maintaining governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate IT releases across applications Manage release milestones, readiness, and progress reporting Oversee deployment activities and communicate with stakeholders Conduct post-release reviews and lessons learned

Essential Experience

Experience in IT change/release management in banking or payments Strong communication skills across all levels Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

ITIL Foundation, PMP or PRINCE2 certification Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery
