IT Delivery Manager Were looking for an experienced and business-savvy IT Delivery Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our front-office systems across websites, store tech, CRM, and more. If you're passionate about retail technology and want to play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and platforms used by store teams and customers, this is your opportunity. In this role, youll act as a key liaison between IT and the businessrepresenting front-office needs in strategic projects, ensuring operational excellence, and owning the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). You'll work closely with UK and US-based teams, leading product roadmaps and supporting delivery for key business initiatives including a major PoS transformation. This role can be offered on a hybrid basis from either our Birmingham or Watford office (2 days a week on site). What Youll Be Doing Own the Front-Office Roadmap: Champion and manage front-office platforms, aligning projects and changes to support retail operations, websites, devices, CRM, and more.
