Role: IT Field Delivery Engineer - Site Based Location: Manchester - North West Contract Type: Permanent Salary Package: Competitive salary plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and two paid volunteering days per year Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday Role Purpose: To attend sites and provide support for IT hardware and software in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll work efficiently and proactively to deliver first-class IT support. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, local/network printers and peripherals) across one or more sites. May also include basic server, AV, telephony, and network support. Resolve operating system and application issues in line with procedures and specifications. Complete IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) work as required. Maintain regular communication with internal teams and relevant site contacts. Manage part replacements and returns promptly.
