\n\n About the Role \n

We are looking for an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join a secure, high-profile environment. This role involves managing IT hardware and stock, performing repairs, and ensuring service levels are maintained across multiple sites.

\n\n Key Responsibilities \n

\n \n Ticket Management: Handle and update service tickets for your hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring SLA compliance.

\n

\n Stock & Asset Management: Manage hub stock, scan items in/out, and maintain accurate asset records.

\n

\n Disposals: Oversee hardware disposals in line with contractual requirements.

\n

\n Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment; liaise with vendors for parts and returns.

\n

\n Locker Replenishment: Ensure lockers are stocked appropriately.

\n

\n Service Improvement: Identify potential issues and suggest improvements to your Team Leader.

\n

\n Compliance: Follow all site regulations and agreed processes.

\n

\n\n What We're Looking For \n

\n \n Experience: 2+ years in a PC field service or workshop environment.

\n

\n Technical Skills: Familiarity with hardware repairs; HP & Dell accreditation (or willingness to train).

\n

\n Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance (UK with UK passport).

\n

\n Driving Licence: Full, clean UK driving licence required.

\n

\n Flexibility: Must join the out-of-hours rota and standby schedule.

\n

\n \n Holiday Entitlement: 31 days (pro-rata)
