As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the IT team supporting our four London hotels: 100 Queen’s Gate, DoubleTree Victoria, DoubleTree West End and Trafalgar St James
What your day will look like?
As IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day IT operations. This includes maintaining systems, supporting hotel teams, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and implementing group-wide IT initiatives at the property level. The role is operational, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.. You will be working closely with the Head of IT to ensure that our systems fully support our employees in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Bring?
You’ll bring hands-on experience in an IT role within hospitality or a multi-site role, backed by qualifications in IT or related subjects. It will be key to have experience of managing IT infrastructure and supporting end-users with their IT queries. This will include ability to use domain controllers files servers, such as Azure Environment. Familiarity with the hospitality systems is a definite plus, especially property management systems. Knowledge of audio and TV, and telephone configuration is definitely a bonus.
