Software Project Manager

Circa £750/day Inside IR35 (DOE), London (hybrid)

We're looking for a delivery-focused Software Project Manager to join a complex transformation programme.

Must-have:Strong experience in Claims or Reinsurance

Drives delivery and holds teams accountable for outcomes Creates clear visibility of progress, delays, and quality (including testing) Has led defect management and resolution Understands team capacity and actively optimises it Actively improves collaboration and delivery practices Has strong experience across SDLC and application/system modernisation Is comfortable working in cloud environments (eg Azure) Has used tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, SharePoint
