£50-60k - Hampshire office + hybrid working

An IT Support Lead opportunity for a business offering a variety of Tech and Security products to customers globally. The role requires eligibility for Security clearance.

The IT Support Lead will support and develop modern IT adoption across a business with a global customer base and will mentor junior team members.

This is a lead position, so experienced candidates who can demonstrate commercial exposure in the following areas are required, with any previous team leadership experience being beneficial:

• Management of Microsoft end point and Intune environments
• Lead the development of OneDrive and SharePoint online
• Helpdesk administration as required and manage updates for software and firmware
• Device management for iOS, Android, and Windows
• Experience with ITIL or Agile environments

The business offers hybrid working with 2-3 days WFH each week. Offices are located in Southampton, Bournemouth, and Basingstoke areas.

All candidates must be UK-based and eligible for security clearance.
