What does the role involve? As an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include: * Providing 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support for IT systems, hardware, and software * Setting up and maintaining laptops, PCs, accounts, and user access * Logging and resolving helpdesk requests promptly, following agreed SLAs * Creating user-friendly documentation * Supporting IT projects and maintaining accurate asset registers * Assisting with the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and user experience This IT Support Technician role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business. What do you need to be successful? To succeed as an IT Support Technician, you will need: * Previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and networking * Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune * Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach * The ability to organise, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who is approachable, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering great service.
