Do you enjoy solving IT challenges, helping people, and keeping systems running smoothly? We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to deliver outstanding 1st and 2nd line support across our network, combining technical know‑how with great communication skills.
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our colleagues have the tools they need to succeed every day while helping to maintain a reliable, efficient, and secure IT environment.
What does the role involve?
As an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support for IT systems, hardware, and software
* Setting up and maintaining laptops, PCs, accounts, and user access
* Logging and resolving helpdesk requests promptly, following agreed SLAs
* Creating user-friendly documentation
* Supporting IT projects and maintaining accurate asset registers
* Assisting with the ongoing improvement of systems, processes, and user experience

What do you need to be successful?
To succeed as an IT Support Technician, you will need:
* Previous experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and networking
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Intune
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do approach
* The ability to organise, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure
We’re looking for an IT Support Technician who is approachable, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering great service.

* Contract: Permanent, full-time.
* Location: Bradford Head Office
* Hybrid working: at least two days per week in the office, plus 1–2 full office-based weeks per month
* Working Pattern: Hours on a rota (8:00–16:00, 9:00–17:00, 10:00–18:00).
