We are searching for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join the company, carving the way for software and hardware maintenance, alongside troubleshooting, and increasing stability across the facility in Bradford.You will be working in partnership with the onsite maintenance team, ensuring that the systems and software are in working order and everything is communicating with each other.Shifts:Panama Schedule (2, 2, 3)Rotation every 2 weeks between day and night shifts6am 6pm/6pm 6amResponsibilities:Strong knowledge and understanding of the following - Linux, SQL & Oracle to an operation standard, being able to run commands and troubleshoot/bug fix.Responsibility for the sites ITIL systems.Analysis of systems within the business to provide a continuous growth including a concentration on Root Cause Analysis and performance of machines.Understanding of accessing log files and extracting data usage from these files to understand machine usage discrepencies.Work in collaboration with the IT Systems Manager to ensure work is planned in mind with business goals.Involvement in customer/stakeholder relationship management on site.Experience & requirements for the role:Knowledge of WMS, WCS and SRC.Ideally have worked within warehousing/distribution/fulfilment or within consumer goods within a fast-paced environment, however this is advantageous and not a mandatory requirement.Good communication and organisational skills.Strong data analysis skills.Continuous improvement of existing processes with the ability to implement new strategies.TXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
