Overview of the role

We have an opportunity for an IT Team Lead - Endpoint Services to join our global team.

The IT Team Lead - Endpoint Services will play a critical role in driving the improvement and optimisation of Mott MacDonald's endpoint environment. This includes overseeing endpoint security solutions, managing remote provisioning through Windows Autopilot, and ensuring effective lifecycle management via Microsoft Intune. The role leads, guides, and supports a team of Endpoint Specialists, ensuring high-quality service delivery and full adherence to organisational policies and standards.

This position requires a self‑motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environment and is committed to continuous learning across both technology and business domains. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in endpoint infrastructure and management, software delivery automation, Group Policy and Intune device configurations, security solution implementation, and 4th‑line support. Working closely with Cyber Security, Information Security, Operations, and other key stakeholders, the Team Lead will help shape long-term strategies and contribute to the development of future-focused technology roadmaps.
